Even Brighter Holiday Lights

Warranty Coverage

Even Brighter Holiday Lights provides a 5 year warranty on any lights that are taken down and stored in our facility in the off-season. 

This warranty covers lighting products provided by Even Brighter Holiday Lights, subject to the terms below.

What This Warranty Covers

During the active warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no cost to the client:

• Burnt-out or failed bulbs supplied by Even Brighter Holiday Lights
• Defective light strands, connectors, or controllers provided by us
• Installation issues such as loose sections, fallen lights, or non-functioning areas caused by installation workmanship
• Failures that occur under normal seasonal use while the system is installed and maintained by our team

All covered repairs or replacements are performed by Even Brighter Holiday Lights technicians only.

Seasonal Use Requirement

This warranty applies only to seasonal, non-permanent installations.

• Lights must be installed and removed by Even Brighter Holiday Lights
• Lights must not remain installed beyond the agreed seasonal period
• Extended or year-round installation voids this warranty

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

• Removal, modification, or reinstallation by anyone other than Even Brighter Holiday Lights
• Extreme weather events beyond normal seasonal conditions, including severe windstorms, flooding, lightning, or hail
• Electrical surges, power outages, or improper electrical supply at the property
• Damage caused by animals, pests, or third parties
• Improper use, misuse, or tampering with lighting components
• Lights stored by the client instead of through our storage service
• Installations left up beyond the approved seasonal timeframe

Warranty Claims Process

If a warranty issue occurs during the active season:

1. The client must notify Even Brighter Holiday Lights within 48 hours of discovering the issue
2. A service visit will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, weather permitting
3. We reserve the right to repair or replace affected sections rather than replacing the entire system

All warranty service is performed at our discretion and at no cost when the issue is deemed covered.

Warranty Term

This Christmas Lights Warranty is valid for 5 Years, provided that:

• Even Brighter Holiday Lights supplies the lighting system
• Even Brighter Holiday Lights installs and removes the lights each season
• The client remains under active service with Even Brighter Holiday Lights

If service is discontinued at any point, the warranty immediately expires.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and property where the installation was performed.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective lighting components or correction of installation workmanship.

This warranty does not include:

• Cash refunds
• Compensation for inconvenience or loss of use
• Electrical repairs unrelated to the lighting system
• Reinstallation by third parties

This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
